About Bill
Owning a home is a big deal.
It’s the biggest deal most people ever make.
When you’re in the process of buying or selling a home – or both at the
same time – it just makes sense to work with a realtor® who’s been there.
Someone who lives in the real world, who understands the challenges and rewards of real life –
and who knows the residential real estate business backwards and forwards.
My name is Bill Bainbridge … and here’s what I can deliver:
Straight Talk
I’m a good listener. And I listen before I talk. When I do talk, I speak plain English –
straight up, every time, all the time. That’s really the baseline of a good business relationship.
A Realtor® can claim to be great all day long, but if you can’t understand and trust what he’s saying,
those claims don’t really matter. I’m one realtor® who’ll give it to you straight.
It’s the only way to buy or sell residential real estate with confidence.
Experience
There’s a first time for everything – but that’s not what you want from a residential realtor®.
I’ve earned a black belt in residential real estate. I’ve been representing buyers and sellers since 1991,
and I know how the business works – the upsides, the pitfalls and how to deal with the unexpected.
From listing to closing, and everything in between, I’ve been there and done that.
I’ve got the in-depth neighborhood knowledge and the years of experience
required to deliver my clients sound advice and the very best service.

Service
Communication and experience don’t make much difference
if they aren’t put to work for the client. That’s where hard work comes in.
Whether you’re listing or buying – or both – I get fully engaged from start to finish.
You’ll get straight-up, honest advice, clear strategy, an eye for detail and hard work.
And, I return phone calls. I don’t know how to do it any other way.
If straight talk, experience and service are what you expect from your realtor®,
give me a call.
I’ve got real estate in my blood. The Bainbridge family has been involved in Nashville
real estate since the late1800s. I was licensed in 1989 and became a broker in 1993.
In 2001, as Managing Broker of Bainbridge Realty, I merged the company with Village Real Estate Services. I was elected to serve as a director on the boards of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and received the GNAR’s 2001 Community Service Award.
I know real estate, and I know Nashville, but there’s another key ingredient for success – work – and I know all about that as well. I’ve sold over 450 homes since 1991. It takes a lot of hard work to build that kind of record.
