Bill Bainbridge sold us our first house in 1998.  Over the years he would drop us a line to update us on his endeavors and in 2007 when we dediced we wnated to buy/sell, he was eager to work with us again.  He sat down and went over the entire process and made us feel very comfortable about putting our house up, even in a challenging market.  We found a buyer and with contract in hand we were eager to find a new home.  Bill was tuned to our needs navigating us through the multitude of listings, and within a week, we had found our dream house.  Now the hard part begins!  We were facing a back to back closing with a first time buyer, a cautious seller, and a mortgage industry that was in turmoil.  Bill and his team worked all of the negotiations and handled all of the details with ease and precision.  His expertise in real estate gave us the confidence to succeed and the clsoing went off without a hitch.  Bill has a no-nonsense and straight talking style we really enjoyed.  We will look forward to working with him on home #3.
